This listserv is a spinoff of the popular medgrad listserv sponsored by the Medieval Academy of America and moderated by Carrie Benes (History) at New College of Florida. All nontenured (junior) faculty with interests in the Middle Ages are welcome; discussion will center on issues like pedagogy, balancing academic work with "real life", preparing for tenure review, and combining teaching and research.
